Siamese

The Siamese is an intelligent, outgoing, affectionate, and vocal cat. It demands attention and to be part of the family. The Siamese is immensely loyal to their owners, but tend to bond strongly to a single person. The Siamese is very active and needs to be kept amused with toys and scratching posts. It typically does not get along well with dogs or cats, other than their own breed. The Siamese is not an ideal cat for someone who works long hours because they do not like to be left on their own. However, this problem can be overcome by having two Siamese.
Grooming
The Siamese does not require excessive grooming because of its short, close-lying coat. They will meticulously wash themselves and keep their coat in good condition. Occasional brushing is required to remove dead hair.
